How to custom orders work
Here's how a custom order works: Fill out the form below. Share details like dimensions, colors, text, imagery, or any special requests. We'll provide a quote and timeline based on your specifications. All custom orders require a nonrefundable deposit starting at $50 when you provide a graphic or vector file via email. Deposit amounts may be higher depending on design complexity and no file provided. All designs must be original or have written permission from the trademark owner. Do I see a proof before production starts?
Yes! As we talk through email we will provide you a digital model of what your creation will look like. We can make a adjustments and resubmit to you a proof to review and approve. Please note that orders may take some time due to high demand of orders.
How long does a custom order take?
Depending on the time of year and demand, custom orders we ask to give us at least 3-4 weeks to have created. We are a small team and we want to assure your order passes our high standard before arriving to you. If you have questions, you can email us.
